New specialist for occupational safety at ETABO

From the coming year 2022, the area of occupational safety at ETABO will be reorganized. Ralf Juskowiak, who worked for many years in our company as a specialist for occupational safety, will leave our company on December 31 of this year and go into well-deserved retirement. Dear Ralf, thank you once again at this point for your many years of…

With Patrick Johann, ETABO has found an internal successor and has already introduced him to the topic of occupational safety since the beginning of the year. ETABO took action at an early stage to get the succession "in the bag".

Why did you become interested in/choose the topic of occupational safety, Patrick?

"Occupational safety is an interesting and very important subject and involves constant interaction with colleagues, customers and partners. Above all, I really like the variety, including the implementation of occupational safety and accident prevention for workplaces and work sites, the investigation of incidents and the inspection of newly introduced work equipment and work processes. In addition, the topic of occupational safety is also not that far removed from my previous activities in QA, so there are already one or two overlaps."

What should occupational safety at ETABO look like in the future?

"My personal goal is to support our colleagues and the management in ensuring that everyone comes home healthy at the end of the working day. Even though the demands and complexity in our project business are constantly increasing, occupational safety must never be seen as an additional requirement, but always as the basis of our work. Especially in this day and age, we should all know that health is the greatest asset we possess."

We wish Patrick much success for his upcoming tasks. We are happy about the successful generation change!
