ETABO 4.0 is an initiatve driven by the young employees and apprenticies of ETABO Energietechnik und Anlagenservice GmbH.

In total personal responsibility and in total own organisation the project group deals with the following future topics:

• Industry 4.0 / “Digitalization of the working environment”

• Skills shortage /”Qualified education and further qualification”

• Future requirements on a workplace by generation Z / “Usage of social media, Life-work-balance”

As a first step the group started to deal with the topic 3 D print in a very broad manner, including technical implementation, optimization and detection and developing of new application for this technology. Meanwhile a 3D printer has been specified, procured, commissioned and will be integrated into daily work step by step.
